THIS IS A NOTICE TO INFORM YOU AS AN ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNER WITHIN 500 FEET, THAT AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE WRIGHT COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BY THE FOLLOWING APPLICANT:

Requests a variance of Section 152.027(A)(2)(b)3, Chapter 152, Section 155.026, 155.048 & 155.057 Chapter 155, Title XV, Land Usage & Zoning of the Wright County Code of Ordinances  to reestablish a feedlot with 10 or more animal units (AU), with an existing livestock shed and new dirt lots 355 & 440 ft. from neighboring dwellings.
REASON A VARIANCE IS NEEDED:  500’ separation required between feedlot with 10 or more animal units and neighbor’s dwelling.
