THIS IS A NOTICE TO INFORM YOU AS AN ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNER WITHIN 500 FEET, THAT AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE WRIGHT COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BY THE FOLLOWING APPLICANT:

Requests a variance of Section 155.026, 155.049 & 155.057 Chapter 155, Title XV, Land Usage & Zoning of the Wright County Code of Ordinances to allow a 16’ x 22’ attached garage 187 ft. from Ordinary Highwater Mark of a Natural Environment lake.  Existing dwelling is 184 ft. from the lake.
REASON A VARIANCE IS NEEDED:  Minimum setback from a lake classified Natural Environment is 200’.
