NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THIS IS A NOTICE TO INFORM YOU AS AN ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNER WITHIN 500 FEET, THAT AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE WRIGHT COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BY THE FOLLOWING APPLICANT:
BONNIE L. GRAHAM
LOCATION:  5483 22ND St. SE – E 200 ft. of N. 871.2 feet of SE ¼ of NW ¼ Section 13, Township 119, Range 25, Wright County, Minnesota.  (Rockford Twp.)  Tax #215-100-132400
Requests a variance of Section 155.026 & 155.048(F)(3) Chapter 155, Title XV, Land Usage & Zoning of the Wright County Code of Ordinances  to use an existing building that is 18 ft. from the property line to house two horses.
REASON A VARIANCE IS NEEDED:  buildings housing livestock/animals must be a minimum of 100’ from property lines.
