NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Public Hearing on the Petition of the Wright County Board of Commissioners to Modify a Portion of County Ditch 10 Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 161.28
Whereas, The Wright County Board of Commissioners, acting as the Wright County Drainage Authority, has received a petition to modify (minor alteration) County Ditch #10 (CD 10) from Station 51+00 to Station 59+00. This realignment would shift the ditch to the north 80ft while maintaining the same cross-sectional alignment as the current ditch.
NOW, THEREFORE, Notice is hereby given that the Drainage Authority will hold a Public Hearing to make findings on this report on June 28th, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. at the Wright County Government Center located at 3650 Braddock Ave Ne Buffalo, MN 55313. If accepted, the Drainage Authority shall make its order allowing the alteration petitioned for.

Written comments are encouraged and can be mailed to Matt Detjen, Agricultural & Drainage Supervisor at 3500 Braddock Ave NE, Room #125 Buffalo, MN 55313. Written comments must be received by June 27, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. to receive consideration by the Wright County Drainage Authority.
