Wright County public hearing: County Ditch 13

Continuation of the Public Hearing for the Reestablishment of Records on
County Ditch #13
Whereas, The Wright County Board of Commissioners, acting as the Wright County Drainage Authority, has determined that the current construction records establishing the alignment, cross section, profile, and right-of-way of the drainage system are incomplete; Whereas, the Drainage Authority passed the resolution to appoint Houston Engineering to conduct a reestablishment of records under Minnesota Statute 103E.101, subd. 4a.
NOW, THEREFORE, Notice is hereby given that the Drainage Authority will hold a continuation of the Public Hearing on the acceptance of the reestablishment of records on October 6th, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.  If accepted, the records provided by the reestablishment will replace those now being used, and all future maintenance will be based of this As-Constructed and Subsequently Improved Condition.
Due to the COVID19 pandemic no in-person attendance will be permitted at the public hearing. Please contact the Agricultural & Drainage Supervisor Matt Detjen at 763-682-7571 to obtain a link to live stream this public hearing and provide comments.  Written comments can be mailed to Matt Detjen, Agricultural & Drainage Supervisor at 3500 Braddock Ave NE, Room #125 Buffalo, MN 55313.  Written comments must be received by October 5, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. to receive consideration by the Wright County Drainage Authority.
