THIS IS A NOTICE TO INFORM YOU AS AN ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNER WITHIN 500 FEET, THAT AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE WRIGHT COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BY THE FOLLOWING APPLICANT:
JARED & MALLORY GUSTIN

Requests a variance as regulated in section 155.026, 155.006, & 155.049(F)(3) of Chapter 155, Title XV, Land Usage & Zoning of the Wright County Code of Ordinances to allow the construction of an addition on the roadside of the home. The existing home is nonconforming to the side yard setback and the proposed request would be over the 25% impervious surface coverage allowed.
REASON A VARIANCE IS NEEDED: Proposed addition on a nonconforming home does require approval from the BOA as well as the overage on allowed impervious coverage.

Three sheds were also placed inside the side yard setback. The property is over the allowed 25% impervious surface coverage.
REASON A VARIANCE IS NEEDED: Guest house prior to a primary dwelling. Proposed impervious coverage is over the allowed limit of 25%. Height above highest known water level does not meet required 4 ft. Side yard setback variance requested for the guest house as well as three (3) sheds.
