Wright County announces temporary road closure on CSAH 35

WRIGHT COUNTY, MN – The Wright County Highway Department has announced a three-to-four-day road closing on CSAH 35.

CSAH 35, approximately 1/3 mile east of County Road 4 near Mitchell Avenue, will be closed Monday. Aug. 27 through Thursday, Aug. 30 for the removal and replacement of a deteriorated culvert under the highway. This is the portion of CSAH 35 that runs between CSAH 4 and CSAH 5, about 7 miles west of the “Rassat” corner and just east of Mud Lake County Park. A detour will not be posted. Motorists are advised to  use alternate routes.

The closing will begin shortly after 6 a.m. Monday and end at 4:30 p.m. Thursday. If weather conditions are favorable, the closing could end as early as Wednesday.

The Wright County Highway Department asks for motorists’ cooperation in this matter to ensure the safety of both the traveling public and the maintenance crew.
