Wright Co. Board to schedule hearing regarding water surface use ordinance

WRIGHT COUNTY, ,MN – Wright County Board will schedule a public hearing to amend the county’s water surface use ordinance during Tuesday’s meeting.

Other items on the agenda include scheduling a tax forfeit committee meeting to review six parcels in the city of Waverly, consideration of a request regarding County Ditch 41, authorization of signatures on a septic loan note and disclosure notices, and a resolution to advance state aid funds for 2013 construction.

The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. at the Wright County Government Center in Buffalo.
