WINSTED, MN – Winsted City Council will conduct the city’s annual truth in taxation public hearing during Tuesday’s meeting. This is an opportunity for residents to ask questions and provide comments regarding the city’s proposed 2020 budget and levy.
The hearing will take place during the council’s regular meeting Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 6 p.m. in the council chambers.
Prior to the regular meeting, the council will conduct a council workshop starting at 5 p.m. Items on the agenda include discussion of a draft public works maintenance plan, ordinance amendments related to the Winsted Volunteer Fire Department, and discussion of the purchase of snow removal equipment.
