What concessions did the city make on this development? Rumor (1) No school tax (2) What amount of TIF if granted (3) No local tax for ?? years (4) What is the “Cost-Benefit” if a multi year TFI has been granted? A complex of this size will have kids that will go to school plus what will the developer give for parks and etc? This is an area that the administrator stated would be developed into +$300 dollar
homes?? What happen?? Will the developer pay for water/sewer that will need to be built? Many Questions, wish I could be there but am unable
