Winsted public hearing to consider a Tattoo ordinance

WINSTED, MN – The Winsted City Council set a public hearing date for Tuesday, Jan. 5 at 6 p.m. to consider adopting an ordinance regulating tattoo and related businesses in the City of Winsted.

The city currently has an interim ordinance imposing a moratorium on the establishment, development, location, or relocation of a tattoo business or service in the city, while a study of the business is being conducted.
