Winsted City Council to discuss issues with city hall HVAC system

WINSTED, MN – Winsted City Council will discuss issues with the city hall heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system during its work session Tuesday, June 4. Other items on the agenda include a special closed city council meeting at 4 p.m. in the Lewis Room at City Hall, 201 – 1st Street North to conduct the six-month performance review for City Administrator Adam Birkholz; and discussion regarding a phase 1 environmental site assessment for 121 Baker Ave. E., a review of Winsted Volunteer Fire Department charges for service methodology; and a 2018 audit report.
