WHAT UP 2010 free-family activities scheduled

WINSTED, MN – Winsted Holding Activities That Unite People (WHAT UP) has set a 2010 activities schedule for Jan. through May with a free-family activity planned for the third weekend of each month. January’s activity already took place Saturday, which was board games at Winsted City Hall, so the schedule begins with the February activity. Watch for more information as each event gets closer.
WHAT UP 2010 WINTER/SPRING SCHEDULE
FEBRUARY
Saturday the 20th
Activity: Snowman contest, ice skating, sleding (in conjunction with the Winsted Watershed Association) Location: Mill Reserve Park (Winsted Lake)
MARCH
Saturday the 20th
Activity: scrapbooking and a sports activity (yet to be decided). Location: City Hall for the scrapbooking; location to be determined for sports activity
APRIL
Saturday the 24th
Activity: Texas Holdem Time: 1:00-4:00
Location: City Hall
May will start the movies in the park.
