HOWARD LAKE, WAVERLY, WINSTED, MN – “I wanted to see to it that things went kosher, not just a run-of-the-mill repeat of not doing better,” former Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted School Board Member Charles Weber said of his decision to become a school board member more than 18 years ago.
He also wanted to make sure his nine children, and then his grandchildren, were given the best education the school could offer, he said.
