Waverly public hearing: Mondloh variance

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VARIANCE REQUEST
CITY OF WAVERLY
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:15 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Thursday, March 18, 2021 to consider a variance request submitted by Jeff Mondloh for the property located at 5621 Dempsey Avenue, Waverly, Minnesota.
The variance, if granted, would allow the construction of an addition to the existing residence.  A variation of the regulations in the Waverly Zoning Ordinance is proposed for Shoreland setback rules and the distance to Dempsey Avenue (CSAH 9).
Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing in person or by agent or attorney to provide comments in favor or in opposition of the proposed variance application.
