WATERTOWN, MAYER, MN – The Watertown-Mayer High School Monday, Nov. 16 announcements are as follows:
For those students who are officiating the Watertown-Mayer Youth Basketball Association 5th and 6th grade basketball games this season, there will be a basketball officials clinic on Saturday Nov. 21st at 9 o’clock in Middle School Gym. Please arrive 10 minutes early as we want to start promptly at 9 o’clock. There is no fee for this clinic. Please bring along your 2009-2010 Referee Form you received at the meeting last week. Make sure, if you are under 18, that your parents have signed the form. If you need another form, they will be available at the clinic.
Attention FFA Members: There will be an officer meeting tomorrow morning at 7:30. All officers must attend. Fruit order forms are due to Mrs. Knott today. See her if you have any questions.
Attn students looking for service hours: We need two students to enter daily announcements on the school website. See Mrs. McAfee if interested.
The Airforce Representative will be here on December 8. The representative for Minnesota State Univ – Moorhead will be here on Dec. 17. The representative from Crown College will be here on Wed., Nov. 18.
Sign up in Student Services at least one day before the visit.
Attention everyone! Come and support the cast of South Pacific for their performances this weekend. The dates are Thursday – Saturday. Doors open at 6:30, performances start at 7:00. The cost is $4.00 for students and $6.00 for adults. Be there:)
Juniors and seniors: Please bring your completed Butter Braid order forms with proper payment to the office today if you have not already done so.
The Post Prom committee is thankful to those of you who participated, but remember that the final reward goes to yourselves. Next week the gas gift cards will be distributed and the winners of the drawing will be announced. we will also let you know the final results of this fund-raiser.
Hey Students! November is “All about you month.” Student Council is making it a priority to hear your concerns or suggestions for ways to improve events throughout the year and make the school better in general. Talk to a Student Council member or place a note in the Suggestion Locker to voice your opinions.
