W-M girls fall at state

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – The Watertown-Mayer Royals girls basketball team ended its season Wednesday in the Class 2A state quarterfinals.
The Royals battled Braham at Williams Arena, falling 61-52.
W-M sophomore Marissa Janning had a big game for the Royals in the loss, scoring 27 points.
