W-M’s Kaley Melville on all-state VB team

WATERTOWN, MN – The honors just keep on coming for Watertown-Mayer senior Kaley Melville.
This past week, Melville was named to the Minnesota Volleyball Coaches Association Class 2A All-State 1st Team.
Melville is joined on the Class 2A 1st team by Delano seniors Kayla Koenecke and Molly Kreklow, and Hutchinson senior Mackenzie Piechowski.
LeSueur-Henderson’s Kaitlyn Braun and Belle Plaine’s Sam Johnson were named to the honorable mention Class 2A All-State team.
I
n Class 1A, Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa’s Maggie Gruber was named to the 1st team, as was Heritage Christian’s Lauren Williams and Meadow Creek Christian’s Kelli Strandlund.
