Steven Quast, 54, killed in motorcycle-deer crash

HUTCHINSON, MN — Steven Quast of Hutchinson, 54, died when he hit a deer near Cosmos Friday night, according to KDUZ Radio.
Quast was going southbound on County Road 1 just north of State Highway 7 when he hit the deer at about 8:45 p.m., according to the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office. Quast lost control of the bike and it rolled several times before coming to rest in the ditch.
