The State of Minnesota will provide Lester Prairie with nearly $1.5 million to help the small, rural city develop an industrial park.

The city applied for a state grant in September that would provide the Economic Development Authority of the City of Lester Prairie with the funds to begin developing an industrial park at 1000 Central Avenue North.
