Skiing and candlelit trail available at Baylor Regional Park

NEW GERMANY, MN — Everyone is welcome to spend an evening with friends and family at Baylor Regional Park Saturday, Jan. 9 from 6 to 9 p.m. at an event which will include skiing or walking a candlelit trail, a hayride, and a bonfire.
During this fun-filled event, participants may ski or walk a groomed trail lit with candles winding through prairie and forest. Additionally, rides on a tractor-drawn hay ride through the park will be available. A bonfire will be lit to keep people warm, and refreshments will be served.
The cost for the event is $4 per person, or $15 per family. Groups are welcome to participate in this event. Contact the park office to make arrangements for a group. To help determine the number of participants weather, register by 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7.
Cross-country ski equipment can be rented for $4 per hour for adults, and $3 per hour for children.
