McLeod and Carver counties finished recounting ballots Thursday, with Wright County standing poised ready to start its recount next week, Dec. 3. The recounts are the focus of the nation in the paper thin lead held by Sen. Norm Coleman, who was challenged by DFLer Al Franken.
