The City of Winsted will be seal coating the streets of Andy Avenue West, Albert Avenue West, and all of the streets in Westgate area.
No parking will be allowed on these streets from the morning of Monday, June 29 through Thursday, July 2. All vehicles found in this area will be cited and towed to Jerry’s Transmission in Lester Prairie
