(VIDEO IS BELOW) Jeff Amland, who is well-known in the area for playing genuine 1800s cowboy roles during re-enactments, will be playing the West Wind during the St. Paul Winter Festival.
A more genuine flavor couldn’t be found, with Amland being familiar with the roles.
