It was a busy night of action for the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted Lakers and the Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity Bulldogs winter sports teams Tuesday night.
LP/HT topped Meadow Creek Christian 53-37 in boys’ basketball action, as the girls’ basketball team also beat the Saints, 54-53.
As for the Laker hoops teams, the girls’ beat Holdingford 62-55, but the boys’ were beat by Sibley East 82-68.
The Laker wrestling team was also in action Tuesday, beating Norwood Young America 58-22 and River Valley 35-28.
Rounding out the action from Tuesday, the Laker gymnastics team fell to Dassel-Cokato 128.675 to 124.525.
