LESTER PRAIRIE – When in doubt, go to your experienced player. With the Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity football leading by a point late in the game, the Bulldogs were looking to seal the win. Cue verteran Tyler Scheevel.
With just over a minute to go, Scheevel broke free for a 35-yard touchdown run, giving the Bulldogs a 13-6 victory as they improved to 2-0 on the season.
With the win, the Bulldogs will return home to face United South Central in their Cancer Awareness Week game Friday night.
