Plan for lighting contest Dec. 5

The Winsted outdoor lighting contest, sponsored by the Winsted Area Chamber of Commerce, is set for Wednesday, Dec. 5. To participate, turn on the lights to your holiday display Wednesday evening by 5:30 p.m.
Awards are $100, first place; $75, second place; and $50 for third place.
