Patricia Holmgren of Dassel reported a theft July 15 of a metal 3-foot-by-5-foot cutout of draft horses pulling a plow. Also, the trees around the residence at 23557 700th Ave., Dassel were draped with toilet paper.
The metal cutout was later recovered, according to the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office.
