Dassel calls emergency meeting

The Dassel City Council called an emergency meeting Monday morning to review the Cedar Crest Estates proposed project along Highway 15.

“In consideration of the fact that we as council did not receive the application materials and recommendation from the planning and zoning commission until Thursday Feb. 14,” said From Mayor Ava Flachmeyer “and that our regular meeting date of Feb. 18 is postponed until Feb 19 because of the federal holiday, Presidents’ Day, I do call an emergency meeting of the council at 10 a.m., Monday, Feb. 18 at Dassel City Hall to act on a 60-day continuation of of the final date for the variance and conditional use permit application by Rosalind Ewald, Cedar Crest Estates.”
