NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ACCEPT INPUT ON THE PROPOSED VARIANCE REQUEST TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT REQUIREMENT OF A DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING BY ELEVEN FEET FOR A TOTAL HEIGHT OF TWENTY-EIGHT FEET
All interested persons are hereby notified that the Mayer Planning Commission will meet to conduct a public hearing regarding a variance to exceed the maximum height requirement of a detached accessory building by eleven feet for a total height of twenty-eight feet in the A Agriculture District. The property is located at 5655 Highway 25 within the Watertown Township Orderly Annexation Area, where the City of Mayer has planning and zoning authority, with the following PID #10.0310.100 and abbreviated legal description.

The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 6:30 pm or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
A copy of the variance documents, map and application are available at the Mayer City Hall for review. All persons are encouraged to attend and any person desiring to comment on this matter is invited to do so in writing, prior to or at the public hearing or orally at the time of the public hearing. Written comments may be mailed or delivered to: City of Mayer, 413 Bluejay Avenue, Mayer, MN 55360.

All interested persons are hereby notified that the Mayer Planning Commission will meet to conduct a public hearing regarding a variance to exceed the maximum size requirement of the surface of a sign in the A Agriculture District by twenty square feet for a total square footage of thirty-two square feet.
