Mayer public hearings: comprehensive plan amendment, rezoning

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ACCEPT INPUT ON THE PROPOSED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT IN THE CITY OF MAYER THAT CHANGES THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF PROPERTY ON THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP FROM PUBLIC AND QUASI PUBLIC
TO COMMERCIAL
All interested persons are hereby notified that the Mayer Planning Commission will meet to conduct a public hearing regarding a comprehensive plan amendment that changes the future land use designation of property on the future land use map from Public and Quasi Public to Commercial. The property is located in the northeast corner of the intersection of Ash Avenue North (State Trunk Highway 25) and 4th Street NE with the following PID #500060400 and address of 400 Ash Avenue North.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 6:30 pm or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
A copy of the comprehensive plan amendment documents, map and application are available at the Mayer City Hall for review. All persons are encouraged to attend and any person desiring to comment on this matter is invited to do so in writing, prior to or at the public hearing or orally at the time of the public hearing. Written comments may be mailed or delivered to: City of Mayer, 413 Bluejay Avenue, Mayer, MN 55360.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ACCEPT INPUT ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF MAYER FROM P/I PUBLIC/INSTITUTIONAL DISTRICT TO C-2 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
All interested persons are hereby notified that the Mayer Planning Commission will meet to conduct a public hearing regarding the rezoning of certain property in the City of Mayer from P/I Public/Institutional District to C-2 Central Business District. The property is located in the northeast corner of the intersection of Ash Avenue North (State Trunk Highway 25) and 4th Street NE with the following PID #500060400 and an address of 400 Ash Avenue North.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 6:30 pm or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
