LP/HT boys one win away from state

ST. PETER, MN – The Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity Bulldogs boys basketball team is now one win away from advancing to the Class 1A state tournament.
LP/HT defeated Cedar Mountain/Comfrey 71-56 in the Section 2A, North Sub-section championship game Monday at Gustavus Adolphus College.
With that win, the Bulldogs advance to the Section 2A title game Friday, March 19 at Minnesota State-Mankato University where they will face Springfield at 6 p.m. The winner of Friday’s game will advance to state
