Congratulations to Keegan Lemke who finished 7th in the MNGWL State Wrestling Tournament. Saturday at Champlin Park High School!!!!

 

There will be a Track sign-up meeting for grades 7-12 in the Media Center during homeroom Wednesday. If you are unable to attend, please let Mr. Rogotzke know, so he knows you plan to participate.

 

Juniors need to be in the gym by 7am Thursday morning to help with bleachers.

 

There will not be drumline this Wednesday (Feb 6th).

 

Nathaniel Hausladen, Donavon Harrison, Devon Peterson, Jack Niesen, Brian Vega, & Adrian Montano sill need to pay for their State Participant patch. Price is $15. PLEASE PAY ASAP !

 

There will be open gym at HT from 6:30-8:00 on Feb. 10 and 24.

 

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.  By raising funds, our school helps families who need LLS’s Patient Financial Aid program.  Yearly, this can help pay for medicines, the doctor or other treatment-related expenses.  How many families will we help through Pennies for Patients?

 

The Drivers Ed Classroom schedule is in the office.  Please pick up the forms and they need to be returned by Feb. 15th.  The first 20 who sign up will be allowed in the class.  Thank you!

 

There will be open gym from noon-2 at LP on Sundays.

 

The weight room will be open on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 pm, check the activity schedule for any cancellations.

 

K-6 Homework Help will be Monday’s from 3:00-5:00 in Mrs. Smith Kindergarten Room.

 

7-12 Homework Help is on Wednesday’s from 3:00-5:00 in Ms. Jenn Smith’s room.

 

Mark your calendars for the Bulldog Bash which will be held on Saturday, April 6 at the Glencoe City Center!

 

Conferences will be held on Thursday, February 7 and Monday, February 11 from 3:30 to 7:30 each night.  Elementary students have scheduled conference times and high school parents may come at any time on either night.

Future Hoopster and Autograph Night

RESCHEDULED

Tuesday, February 19th

Lester Prairie Gymnasium

 

Boys’ Basketball:  LP/HT Bulldogs vs Nicollet

Junior Varsity 5:45 and Varsity 7:00

 

Children who participated in the Future Hoopster Saturday morning program are invited to attend Future Hoopster Night.  Future Hoopsters are admitted free to the game, will be introduced before the varsity game and perform at halftime of the game.

 

Future Hoopsters will be introduced before the warm-up for the Varsity game – approximately 6:30

 

  • Wear your Future Hoopster t-shirt

 

  • Bring appropriate shoe to wear for the introductions and half-time demonstration (no outside shoes).

 

Hoopsters should remain with their parents/guardians until they are called to the floor.

 

After the game both the boys’ and girls’ varsity basketball teams will be signing autographs on their team picture
