LP School Board to canvass election results

LESTER PRAIRIE, MN – Lester Prairie School Board will canvass results from the general election during its meeting, which has been moved from Monday, Nov. 19 to Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 6:30 p.m. in the school media center.

Other items on the agenda include approval of a snow removal contract, a presentation regarding the 2013 senior trip, a presentation about equity in education, an agreement to provide student teaching opportunities for students from Southwest Minnesota State University, and an updated from the library committee. Also on the agenda is approval of a revised district budget for 2012-13.

The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the school media center.
