Lester Prairie Public School has been nurturing a culture of positive behavior through its Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) initiative.

According to the Minnesota Department of Education (MnDOE), PBIS is an evidence-based framework for preventing problem behavior, teaching and promoting positive behavior, and supporting the social and emotional needs of students.
