The elementary concert will be held TONIGHT at 7:00.

Session Two of Classroom Driver Education will be held 8:00-11:00 AM Tuesday May 31 – Saturday June 4 and Monday June 6 – Friday June 10. You must attend all 10 classes. Registration forms are available in the school entrance and may be returned to the school office. Cost is $120. Scholarships are not available for Driver Ed. It’s Yearbook time! Get your 2022 yearbook for $55. Personalization and icons are available for an additional charge. Forms were sent home with elementary students and high school students can pick up a form in the office or on Ms. Stender’s door. United Way of McLeod County has Activities Scholarships available for K-12 students who reside in McLeod County. There are income guidelines to qualify. These scholarships can be used for school athletics and activities and community ed offerings (except Driver Ed).
Scholarship applications are available in the school entrance and must be turned in to the school office when registering for activities.
Looking for host families! Make an International Student’s Dream Come True! EF High School Exchange Year connects volunteer host families with students from Europe and Asia. You get to choose the student that would fit best with your family’s activities and interests. Michelle Kiefer is a local International Exchange Coordinator and can help you find the perfect student. Activities and Sports:
Summer Speed & Strength Camp registration forms are available in the school entrance or in Coach Kapping’s room. Speed & Strength is open to incoming 7th-12th graders. There is no fee to participate in this summer’s program, but you must be registered. The registration deadline is Thursday, May 26.
Basketball camp for incoming 7-12th grade boys is June 6-9. Registration forms are available in the school entrance.
Summer Job Opportunity: Youth baseball and softball umpires needed for summer leagues from mid May to late July. Girls and boys age 16 and older are eligible. We will be offering an umpire clinic this year to cover the basics for those interested. Get paid and help out the area youth teams at the same time. Thu 5/12 – V/B Softball players are dismissed at 2:25 for their games at Belle Plaine. The bus will leave at 2:40.
Fri 5/13 – JH Softball players are dismissed at 2:45 for their game at Kimball. The bus will leave at 3:00.
Fri 5/13 – The bus for C Baseball will leave at 3:15 for their game at Sibley East
Mon 5/16 – Track participants are dismissed at 2:30 for their meet at Sibley East in Arlington. The bus will leave at 2:45.
Tue 5/17 – V/B Baseball players are dismissed at 2:45 for their games at NYAC. The bus will leave at 3:00
Thu 5/19 – Track participants are dismissed at 1:45 for the MRC meet at Sibley East in Arlington. The bus will leave at 2:00.
Sat 5/21 – The bus for V Softball will leave at 8:30 AM for their 4A Tournament games at Rockford.
Sat 5/21 – The bus for B Baseball will leave at 12:30 from Municipal Field for their game in New Germany
