Lester Prairie native is on KARE 11

Lester Prairie native Doris LaMott Hoel has once again gained attention for her restaurant. Hoel is chef and owner of Chateau LaMothe in Burnsville, a restaurant, wine bar, and event center that she opened in September 2005.
Hoel was recently featured on the Showcase Minnesota program on KARE 11 television.
Hoel prepared her version of a Julia Childs-inspired recipe, boeuf bourguignon.
