The Varsity Football Team ended their season last Friday night loosing to St. Bernard’s 4-11. The Bulldogs ended with a final record of 6-4, but won 6 or their last 8. Great job guys . . . Thanks for the memories. Remember, Wednesday is equipment turn in. Meet in Coach Scoblic’s Room at 3:00 to vote for MVPs etc. We will be having a year end banquet. I will let you know when that date is . . . Coach Scoblic

10th and 9th grade students: There is a change to the lunch policy, but it is not an open lunch. The policy has to be changed administratively first. Failure to follow the closed lunch will be considered skipping.

Attention: There will be a winter sports meeting for athletes and parents tonight at 7 pm in the gym.

The Elementary Student Council will meet on Thursday at 2:30 in the cafeteria. You will have your picture taken so please wear your student council shirt.

Please continue to clip and save box tops (see BTFE.com for more information). The next contest is for students in grades K-12 to win their favorite teacher a $25 gift certificate to a Spa/Salon. Submit box tops (check expiration dates) with the teacher’s name on the package (baggie, envelope etc.), and turn them in at the recycling bin located by the old elementary office. The teacher who gets the most box tops submitted for them will win the gift certificate. The deadline for submissions is Thursday, Dec. 17, 2009.

The Minnesota Vikings are offering tickets at a discounted price for the November 15th game against the Detroit Lions. If you are interested in getting the information, see Mr. Johnson. This offer is open to all staff and parents.

There is an After-Prom party committee meeting on Wednesday, 6:00 p.m. in Room #143. All sophomore, junior and senior parents are invited to attend. We are looking for at least 3 more to help out as we will be having 2 senior moms “retire” after this year. Please remember that the money “raised” this year actually goes for next year’s activities and that is why we need help from the sophomore class. Thanks in advance for those who help and if you have any questions please call Patty Dietel, Chairman at 612-205-9791. Thank you!
