Impact Proven Solutions announces plan to acquire Advantage Mailing of Winsted

WINSTED, MN –  Impact Proven Solutions announced its plan to acquire Advantage Mailing of Winsted, MN. The acquisition is scheduled to close March 5th.

The latest is the forth acquisition for Impact Proven Solutions in the past 22 months. Through a series of well-planned acquisitions, Impact has increased production capacity, enhanced its core business offerings and positioned itself as a leading marketing services provider.
