Howard Lake Police Department hires new part-time officer

HOWARD LAKE, MN – At the Nov. 7  Howard Lake City Council meeting, officer Matt Hayen was sworn in to take the place of part-time police officer Richard Brown, who obtained a full-time position in Coon Rapids.
