HLWW’s Cole Gagnon is free throw champion

Cole Gagnon won the recent state Knights of Columbus competition at St. Cloud Cathedral High School, making 24 of 25 free throw attempts.
He shot at the local level during the competition sponsored by the Waverly Knights of Columbus, and made 13 of 15.
He won the district competition, making 25-25; and at the regional level, he made 24 of 25.
During the entire series of competitions, he made 86 of 90 free throw attempts.
His score of 24 of 25 will be submitted to determine his standing at the national level.
