REGULAR MEETING

The Monday, February 13, 2023 Regular School Board meeting of the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted ISD #2687 was called to order at 6:02 pm. by Chairperson Heuer. After the pledge of allegiance, roll was taken with the following members present: Heuer, Koch, Borrell, Bravinder, Marketon, Mulvihill and Puncochar. Also present were Superintendent Brad Sellner, Principals Stephanie Kuehn and Jennifer Olson, and Board Secretary Marilyn Greeley.
(Item IV) Koch recommended approval of the agenda; Marketon seconded; passed unanimously.
(Item VI) Bravinder recommended approval of the consent agenda; Puncochar seconded; passed unanimously.
The consent agenda included meeting minutes, bills, monthly treasurer report, enrollment, a resignation, a retirement, and communications.
(Item VII, Subd. B) Bravinder recommended approval of the Spring 2023 Coaching Staff; Koch seconded; passed unanimously.
(Item VII, Subd. C) Koch recommended Puncochar, Mulvihill and Marketon to be on the superintendent’s evaluation committee; Bravinder seconded; passed unanimously.
(Item VII, Subd. E) Bravinder recommended approval of Andy’s Lawn Care for the 2023 lawn care season; Borrell seconded; passed unanimously.
(Item VII, Subd. F) Marketon recommended approval that the AIPAC is in compliance with Minnesota Statutes; Puncochar seconded; passed unanimously.
(Item VII, Subd. G) Marketon recommended approval of the overnight student trip for High School FFA to Brookings SD March 30-31, 2023 & High School FFA to St. Paul area April 23-25 2023; Koch seconded; passed unanimously.
(Item VII, Subd. H) Puncochar recommended approval of the resolution accepting donations; Bravinder seconded; those in favor: Bravinder, Borrell, Koch, Marketon, Mulvihill, Puncochar and Heuer; those opposed: none; passed unanimously.
