I was at a recent meeting. Some other guy was there, too. Actually, prior to that meeting, I had no idea that the district had a long term growth and development plan. I told them that they can't assume that everyone heard about it because it was decided on some years ago. They need to keep reminding people of it. I'm interested in hearing a reply regarding the cited HJ article posted by The Big Easy. Should these funds already have been available? If so, what happened to them? Don’t say never.
