The majority of voters in the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted school district passed a new 10-year, $600-per-pupil operating levy Wednesday.
HLWW Superintendent Nate Walbruch said in a press release from the school that the unofficial tally was that the levy passed by 58% of voters in favor to 42% against it.
