HLWW is counting down the days – daily bulletin for June 2

CLAY TARGET BREAKING NEWS: We are scheduled to start the state qualifier competition in Alexandria at 8:30 on trap house 3A on June 12. All members participating need to be at the trap house by 8:00 a.m. on the June 12.

BASEBALL: Banquet will be held June 6, at Memorial Park at 6 pm. Players and parents please respond by Friday to cschultz@hlww.k12.mn.us for a head count. STUDENTS: ​All high school students: the Activities Office shared a Google form with you and we are asking that you fill it out ASAP. Your feedback is very important!

HEALTH OFFICE:​ Nurse Abby from Wright County Public Health will not be here next week due to finals.

STUDENTS: ​If you turned in your form for a Free Activity Pass for next season, please stop in the high school office and get your pass. Thank you.

Bass Classic on Howard Lake Fishing Tournament: On Saturday, June 3, HLWW Wrestling is hosting its second annual Bass Classic on Howard Lake. The winning team (two anglers/boat) wins a prize of $1,000. The second place team receives $500. The tournament runs from 7:00 am – noon. The Midwest Elite Basketball Camp will be returning to Howard Lake this summer. The And One Camp is a two-day camp which costs $105 and includes ten hours of instruction (five hours each day). The camp will be held in the high school gym June 22-23. This camp is for all girls going into grades 7-12 next year. If you are interested, please pick up a camp form in the high school or middle school office. Checks can be made out to ISD 2687. Forms can be turned into Kayti in the high school office. Questions contact Rick Baumann. ALL forms & money need to be turned into Kayti or Rick Baumann by Monday, June 5.

SUMMER STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING: ​Is for 7-12 grade students. Three different sessions are available starting June 12. Seventy dollars per person, with a $100 family max. Forms are in the high school office to be picked up.
