BOYS BASKETBALL: Games at home with Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa tonight; tipoff is 6 p.m.
CONCESSION STAND WORKERS: Thursday, Jan. 17 at 6 – Jeff Hausladen, Chris Cox, and a Cox parent; Friday, Jan. 18 – Kayla Stueven, Maddie Weninger, and Winnie. Please see Mary in the office to sign up to work.
BASEBALL PLAYERS: A mandatory meeting for ninth- through tenth-grade baseball players will take place Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 2:40 p.m. for the salt fundraiser.
STUDENTS/FANS: Everyone should wear “Blue & Gold” tonight for the game with Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa.
New arrivals in Mr. Smith’s lending library – “The Devil Colony” by James Collins and “Moonlight Mile” by Dennis Lehance. Both fall under the “suspense” category. Come check out the selection of books open to students.
Attention juniors and their parents: A spaghetti dinner will be hosted by juniors Saturday, Jan. 26 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Waverly from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. to raise funds for the after prom party. Donations are needed to make this possible, check pantries and cupboards for items such as paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils, lemonade, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, spaghetti noodles, coffee, butter, or money donations. SOPHOMORE CLASS: There will be a meeting with a Jostens representative Tuesday, Jan. 22. Sophomores will report to second-hour classes, and then go to the auditorium. It should last about 25 minutes.
ATTENTION SENIORS: LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN OUT IN THE SPRING. REGIONAL AND NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION CONTINUALLY COMES INTO THE COUNSELING OFFICE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. STUDENTS CAN STOP BY THE COUNSELING OFFICE TO CHECK ON SCHOLARSHIPS AS THEY COME IN.
