For two years, the Initiative Foundation has been working in the Howard Lake area with local community members to support efforts to encourage economic vitality, community engagement, support for children and young families, and quality of life. Pasted below is a link to a short computer survey asking resident’s opinions of the current status of these issues in Howard Lake. Feedback will help establish a baseline for future measurement, assess the impact of the programs, and perhaps suggest additional ideas or improvements that can help support the initicative in the coming year. Complete this survey prior to Saturday, Dec. 15 in order to voice opinions and perceptions along with other members of the community.
The survey takes less than five minutes. Additional grant money, depending on the number of survey participants, will be given to the community for projects. Click here to take the survey.
