HL City Administrator Kelly Hinnenkamp to resign

HOWARD LAKE, MN – Howard Lake City Administrator Kelly Hinnenkamp submitted her resignation Tuesday, and will complete her duties June 22.

Hinnenkamp has accepted the administrator position for the city of Annandale. “This was a really, really tough decision for me; I have spent my whole career in Howard Lake,” Hinnenkamp said.
