Even Santa has trouble sometimes

Last night, during the Lester Prairie holiday celebration in the school gym, the kiddies were all waiting in line to see the jolly old elf, but Santa was nowhere to be found. A scout went out to track him down. Lester Prairie is unique in many ways, and one of the things that makes the city unique is that Santa arrives not by sleigh, but by fire truck. It turned out that Santa was waiting patiently at the fire barn for someone to escort him to the school. He was eventually picked up, and delivered in style. Perhaps next year, he would be better off relying on Rudolph and the other reindeer for his transportation needs.
