Morning,
.Cold, Arctic Air Will Filter East Over The Region Tonight. Low
Temperatures Are Expected To Drop To 7 Below To 14 Below Zero
Over Central And Southern Minnesota By Tuesday Morning. Combined
With Northwest Winds Around 10 Mph, Wind Chill Readings Will Drop
To The 25 To 30 Below Range After Midnight. Therefore A Wind Chill
Advisory Has Been Issued For Most Of Central And Southern
Minnesota From Midnight Tonight Until 11 AM Tuesday Morning.
A Wind Chill Advisory Means That Very Cold Air And Strong Winds
Will Combine To Generate Low Wind Chills. This Will Result In
Frost Bite And Lead To Hypothermia If Precautions Are Not Taken.
If You Must Venture Outdoors, Make Sure You Dress Appropriately
